I'm participating in this "favorite things" post sponsored by Meg over at In This Wonderful Life. I thought it would be a great way to document things that we loved and used most when Hudson was younger, and things that are still our favorites now. These are my opinions only.
Bottles- Dr. Brown's- Their motto is "Simply the Best", and I couldn't agree more. These bottles are FABULOUS for babies with reflux, colic, gas, etc. Hudson had severe reflux, and these helped a lot. I cannot say enough good things about these bottles.

Skin Care Products- Mustela- Hands down our favorite! We were introduced to these products by a friend after Hudson had an allergic reaction to the ordinary (J&J) skin care products. The fresh, clean scent is so yummy! Mustela costs a little more but is TOTALLY worth the difference. If you haven't tried it, you should.
Swing- Fisher Price My Little Lamb Cradle and Swing- This is my most recommended baby product. It swings side to side and front to back. The seat reclines into several positions for your growing baby. Hudson loved napping in this swing.
Baby food- Plum Organics- Hudson didn't eat this exclusively, but he did eat a lot of Plum. They even make fruit pouches for toddlers that are convenient and easy to take on the go. Hudson still loves them!
High chair- Fisher Price Spacesaver- This has been a life saver for us more than once. We had limited space for a high chair, and this one that easily straps onto any chair has been perfect for us. It's easy to take when we are on the go too. It reclines into several positions and converts into a booster seat. It has all the benefits of a regular sized high chair without the unnecessary bulkiness.
Shoes- Robeez and New Balance- Hudson has really wide feet, so finding shoes that are comfortable to him can be a challenge. Before he started walking, he mostly wore Robeez. They are adorable and comfortable. Now that he's always running, our favorite shoes are the New Balance 993's. We are actually on our 4th pair. They come in wide width and fit his foot better than any other shoes that we have found. We also love Stride Rite's brown leather sandal for the summer. It comes in 4 widths.
Monitor- Summer Video Monitor- Hudson might still be sleeping in our room if it were not for the video monitor. It gives me so much peace of mind to be able to grab it and take a look. I've also heard of lots of moms using this even as their kids get a little older to keep an extra eye on them as they are playing in their room.
Sippy Cups- We started Hudson on this Nuk cup when he was 4 months old, and when he was 9 months, we took the bottle, and he drank his formula from this cup until he was 1. Now he prefers the Playtex tumblers and also the Playtex cups with the flip cap straw.
Highchair/Cart cover- If you are as obsessed about germs as I am, you will want to get one of these. This highchair/cart cover is probably one of our most used baby gifts. We use it all the time when eating out, going to the grocery store, Target, etc...
Pottery Barn Chair- Obviously this is not a necessity, but it is something that I highly recommend. Hudson got his for his first birthday (GREAT first birthday gift!) and he has really used it...A LOT!!!

Lots of these would be on my favorites list as well! H had a reaction to J&J products, too. We've been using Aveeno ever since with no problems. H LOVES all of the fruit/veggie pouches, too. And they're so convenient!
